Cancellation Policy
At Melmar Consulting, we provide professional property management consulting and advisory services, including but not limited to virtual consultations, on-site visits, property evaluations, and property sales support. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Service-Based Policy All fees paid for services—whether virtual consultations, on-site appointments, strategic advice, or property-related transactions—are non-refundable once the booking or transaction has been confirmed. This includes and is not limited to: Virtual and phone consultations On-site property assessments Advisory sessions Property sales facilitation or introductions Reports, documents, or materials shared during service delivery Scheduling and Cancellations If you need to reschedule a booked session or site visit, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer one-time rescheduling at our discretion, based on availability.
