At Melmar Consulting, we provide professional property management consulting and advisory services, including but not limited to virtual consultations, on-site visits, property evaluations, and property sales support. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Service-Based Policy
All fees paid for services—whether virtual consultations, on-site appointments, strategic advice, or property-related transactions—are non-refundable once the booking or transaction has been confirmed. This includes and is not limited to:

Virtual and phone consultations

Advisory sessions

Property sales facilitation or introductions

Reports, documents, or materials shared during service delivery
Scheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule a booked session or site visit, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer one-time rescheduling at our discretion, based on availability.
No Guarantees
Our consulting services are based on professional expertise and industry best practices, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Real estate transactions, valuations, and property management decisions inherently involve risks and variables outside of our control.
